Straps, clips and earrings
- Straps: wrist 25 cm, shoulder 60 cm or crossbody 120 cm, measured including the clasps. Metal lobster clasps fit rings and loops 8–15 mm wide. Rated for bags up to 1.5 kg.
- Hair clips: claw clip 9 cm wide, barrettes 8 cm long, snap clips 5 cm long (sold in pairs), bow clip 10 cm wide.
- Earrings: drops 5–5.5 cm long on metal ear hooks, hoops 3 cm across, studs 1.4 cm across. For pierced ears.
Looking after faceted beads
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wash, soak or put anything in a machine.
- Keep perfume, hairspray, sunscreen and alcohol away from the beads; they can dull coatings such as Champagne’s lustre and Aurora’s iridescence.
- Store bags flat in their dust bag, not hanging by the handle, so the cord is not under strain.
- Do not overload a bag beyond the load on its page. Glass is heavy; a strained cord can stretch.
- Remove hair clips and earrings before sleeping, showering or swimming.
- If a bead ever comes loose, keep it and email us. Under our returns policy and your statutory rights we will help.
Small parts
All pieces contain small parts (beads). They are not toys and not suitable for children under 3. Keep them away from young children.
Materials not listed
We list the bead material for every piece. For the cord, lining and metal parts, please check the sewn-in or card label. If you need this information before ordering (for example because of a nickel allergy), email us and we will confirm it for the specific piece.
