Questions and answers
Asked about the Clear Snap Clips, Set of 2
Something not covered? Ask us
Q/01What is it?
Two small snap clips topped with clear acrylic beads. Sold as a pair.
Colourless, larger and lighter: acrylic lets us make bigger shapes that still sit easily on the shoulder. Pure light, no colour of its own.
The beads are strung onto a metal clip base. Glass is heavier than plastic, so clips feel more secure in thicker hair than in very fine hair.
Q/02What are the beads?
Faceted acrylic beads, water clear, 10 mm
Cord, lining and metal parts: see the sewn-in or card label for composition. Ask us before ordering if you need it.
Q/03How big is it?
5 cm long, 2 clips
Q/04How does it close, and how do I wear it?
Metal clip base.
Half-up, side part or a full twist, depending on hair thickness.
Q/05How do I look after it?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Remove before sleeping or swimming. Keep away from hairspray.
Q/06What comes in the parcel?
The clip(s) in a small pouch.
Q/07Is it safe around small children?
Contains small parts (beads). Not suitable for children under 3. Keep away from young children.
Q/08When will it arrive, and what does delivery cost?
We pack and ship from Sydney within 1–3 business days. Every parcel is tracked.
- Australia: standard 6.00 CHF (2–6 business days) or express 11.00 CHF (1–3).
- New Zealand: standard 7.00 CHF (5–10 business days) or express 14.00 CHF (3–6).
- Europe, UK, USA and Canada: standard 8.00 CHF (8–15 business days) or express 20.00 CHF (4–8).
Outside Australia, your country may charge import VAT, duty or a handling fee on delivery. These are not included in our price. Delivery & import charges
Q/09Can I return it?
Yes. Send back unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK you also have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Faulty items are always covered by your statutory rights (the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, or the legal guarantee where you live), whatever the date.
