Q/01What is it?
A claw clip covered in glacier glass. Holds a half-up twist or a full twist of medium hair.
Our house bead. Pale ice-blue glass cut with small flat facets, clear enough to see through, so every bag carries a bit of whatever is behind it.
The beads are strung onto a metal clip base. Glass is heavier than plastic, so clips feel more secure in thicker hair than in very fine hair.

Q/09Can I return it?
Yes. Send back unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK you also have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Faulty items are always covered by your statutory rights (the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, or the legal guarantee where you live), whatever the date.
