Q/01What is it?
A small structured box in ice-blue glass. Flat sides keep its shape; the top handle is strung from the same bead.
Our house bead. Pale ice-blue glass cut with small flat facets, clear enough to see through, so every bag carries a bit of whatever is behind it.
Each bag is strung bead by bead on a strong cord in a tight grid, so the shape holds without a frame. Beads are heavier than fabric: we give the weight and the load the bag is made for, so nothing is a surprise.

Faceted glass beads, ice blue, transparent, 8 mm

Q/04How much can it carry?
Up to 1.5 kg. Beaded bags are not made for heavy loads; keep laptops, bottles over 0.5 l and heavy keys out.

Q/05How does it close, and how do I wear it?
Magnetic snap under a beaded flap.
Carry by the top handle, or clip on a strap to wear it on the shoulder (two inner D-rings).
Q/06How do I look after it?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Keep away from perfume, hairspray and water. Store flat in the dust bag, not hanging. Do not wash.
Q/07What comes in the parcel?
The bag and a fabric dust bag. Straps shown in some photos are sold separately.
Q/08Is it safe around small children?
Contains small parts (beads). Not suitable for children under 3. Keep away from young children.
Q/09When will it arrive, and what does delivery cost?
We pack and ship from Sydney within 1–3 business days. Every parcel is tracked.

Q/10Can I return it?
Yes. Send back unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK you also have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Faulty items are always covered by your statutory rights (the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, or the legal guarantee where you live), whatever the date.
