Q/01What is it?
A short strand of glacier glass ending in one larger faceted bead. The pair that matches the box bag.
Our house bead. Pale ice-blue glass cut with small flat facets, clear enough to see through, so every bag carries a bit of whatever is behind it.
For pierced ears. Earrings cannot be returned once the hygiene seal on the card is broken, unless they are faulty.

Cord, lining and metal parts: see the sewn-in or card label for composition. Ask us before ordering if you need it.

Q/05How do I look after it?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Remove before showering, swimming or sleeping. Keep away from perfume.

One pair on a sealed card in a small pouch.
Q/07Is it safe around small children?
Contains small parts (beads). Not suitable for children under 3. Keep away from young children.

We pack and ship from Sydney within 1–3 business days. Every parcel is tracked.
- Australia: standard 70 kr NOK (2–6 business days) or express 131 kr NOK (1–3).
- New Zealand: standard 80 kr NOK (5–10 business days) or express 171 kr NOK (3–6).
- Europe, UK, USA and Canada: standard 100 kr NOK (8–15 business days) or express 252 kr NOK (4–8).

Q/09Can I return it?
Yes. Send back unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK you also have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Faulty items are always covered by your statutory rights (the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, or the legal guarantee where you live), whatever the date.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seal on the card is unbroken, unless they are faulty.
