The beads
What are the beads made of?
Glass (Glacier, Champagne, Milk, Midnight), acrylic (Clear) or resin (Aurora). The material is named on every product page, and we call each bead exactly what it is.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Very close. Our photos show the actual design and bead. Faceted beads change with the light, so the same bag looks warmer indoors and cooler in daylight, and a screen can show colour slightly differently.
Do pieces from the same bead set match?
Yes. A bead set uses one bead for every piece, so a Glacier bag, Glacier strap, Glacier clip and Glacier earrings are strung from the same glass. Each piece is sold separately.
Size, weight and use
How heavy are the bags?
Each bag page gives the empty weight and the load it is made for. Glass bags weigh roughly 330–640 g empty; acrylic and resin bags are lighter. See Size & care for all measurements.
Will my phone fit?
Each bag page lists the largest phone size that fits (for example “up to 16 × 8 cm”). Measure your phone in its case and compare.
Can I use the straps on other bags?
Yes, if the bag has rings or loops 8–15 mm wide. Straps are rated for bags up to 1.5 kg.
Are the pieces suitable for children?
No. Beads are small parts and can be a choking hazard. Our pieces are not suitable for children under 3 and are not toys.
Payment and currencies
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars, euros, British pounds, Danish kroner, Swedish kronor, Norwegian kroner, Swiss francs and Australian dollars. Choose a currency from the language and currency menu; prices are shown and charged in that currency. The checkout repeats the currency before you pay.
How can I pay?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number. Your statement shows FACETORI.
Do prices include tax?
For Australian addresses, prices include 10% GST. For other countries, the price you see is the price we charge; your country may charge import VAT, duty or a handling fee on delivery. See Delivery & import charges.
Do you have discount codes?
No. We do not run discount codes, flash sales or countdowns. The price on the page is the price.
Delivery and returns
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
From Sydney, Australia, within 1–3 business days. Standard tracked delivery takes 2–6 business days in Australia and 8–15 business days to Europe, the UK, the USA and Canada. Express is faster. Full details are on Delivery & import charges.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until it is dispatched. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. EU, EEA and UK customers also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, and faulty items are always covered by your statutory rights. See Returns & refunds.
